Hyperspectral Imaging and Surveillance Assessment
System
The Hyperspectral Imaging and Surveillance Assessment System
(HISAS) processes hyperspectral (visible and infra-red) data
from satellite and aircraft images. The HISAS software utilises
sophisticated statistical and other processes, including:
- Multiple Linear Regression Unmixing
- Similarity Measures
- Clustering
- Atmospheric Correction
- Synthetic Scene Generation
- Band Selection
- Spectral Distances
- Thresholding
HISAS is written in IDL script and runs under the ENVI
software package. It makes extensive use of ENVI’s
graphing facilities, including line plots, 2D colour
plots and 3D point plots.
